How staying small will make you win big

The birth of the internet has shrunk the world. Everyone and any one with wifi can add their two-cents and it’s available for anyone who goes looking. The problem becomes when there are way too many voices and not enough time to decipher them all. With so much grabbing your attention, it is hard to stay motivated and on track some days. The urgency of calls to action creates massive FOMO which in turn makes me just want to leave on my PJs, and binge watch my life away.

As tempting as that possibility might sound some days, I like being productive and armed with a few strategies, staying focus is not as difficult anymore. The big dream is great and definitely a good destination to plan for but the smaller dreams has more power. Stretching yourself within your current limitations is more helpful that just looking at the big finale. These are the steps you can accomplish within a realistic timeframe and can complete with competence.

They allow you to simply start and doing at least something is way better than nothing at all. If you want to write, then start to write. It does not have to be good or the next viral article. It simply has to be a few good sentences strung together. This takes the pressure off performance anxiety. You are not trying to be perfect…
