So true. That was me. The guilt I felt to say no was turning me into a nervous wreck.

Until I could force myself to stop and think, I was stuck. When I viewed that allowing someone else who would actually do a far better job than I take the lead, saying no became a gift rather than a burden.

Thanks for your insight. It is not an easy struggle to overcome.
