Counting the real cost for success

Consider this when wading through all the voices on the web

There are days that feel like the world is changing faster than I can keep up. Growing up was so simple back then. Education was traditional, work was traditional and expectations were traditional. My parents worked at their same job for 40+ years until retirement. That was life. That was the picture. That was the expectation.

Along comes the internet and the technological revolution and everything changes. The world is connected faster and closer than ever before. Automation, smart phones and convenience has thrown tradition out on its ass. What once worked for a previous generation is anything but predictable for the current generation.

Anyone with a smart phone, internet access and a little tech savvy can now run their life from the comfort of home. The online possibilities for success is growing exponentially as more people are trying to find ways to add to their dwindling income that the traditional job market no longer affords.

Side hustles is the buzz word of this century as people try to get and stay on their feet. Unfortunately, like anything in life, when one entrepreneur finds success, the market becomes flooded with others all vying for your attention and money.
